French Style Chest Of Drawers. Currently in my Workshop more pics to come. A very pretty Chest Of Drawers, painted in the highly esteemed Farrow & Ball paint, we love the inspired colours, we use'Great White' for Bedroom furniture, it is a bright, fresh, warm White, perfect for a Bedroom where White gives a calming, relaxed feel. We wax after lightly distressing to enhance the colour and protect in the future. The Drawers have a top back ornate carved applique pediment, below there are four graduated Drawers with little wooden knobs, the top Drawer has a pretty applique'floral garland' applique, with a decoupage paper French Toile picture centre. All Drawers are fully painted in an Antique Grey shade inside and lined with'French Toile' paper, so fully refreshed for your Clothes or Linen's. All standing on sweet little curvy legs. The item is of some age and does have bumps and dings on the surface, have tried to show in pics of the top surface, some bumps around Drawer edges, but they do not spoil the look and all add to the rustic French charm. I have other Vintage painted Bedroom pieces, the Drawers would sit nicely with any of the items I have, making a stylish Bedroom set. A choice of Wardrobes (some pictured) and Dressing Tables.
