Superb Old French Louis XV Style Painted Chest Of Drawers

This wonderful antique French Louis XV style shaped chest of drawers is in superb condition and dates from c1890s. The chest of drawers has been painted in Farrow and Ball Pointing with a dark wax finish.

With a black and grey marble top which it is in good condition which has some knocks and bumbs in keeping with age. There are 4 deep drawers with locks and carved decoration to the front each drawer with deeply carved flowers and leaves to the base and legs. With a shaped base and top, stylish legs and feet.

This item has been fully treated with a woodworm preventative as a matter of course. In strong and sturdy condition with some minor knocks and bumps in keeping with its age.
