Late Victorian, French leather club armchair. Antique armchair, country house

A late Victorian, deep-seated, leather club chair on bun feet, still with the original (and nicely-shaped) velour seat. Wonderful patina and aging to the leather, in original condition with horse hair underneath. I've been told it's probably French and circa 1900. Please check the photos for obvious wear and tear. I think there's probably a spring popped up on each arm, hence the slight bulge, which doesn't affect the comfort.

There's some very, very - and I mean very! - slight movement to one arm - almost not worth mentioning, to be honest, hardly noticeable. Height to seat surface: 42cm approx.

Seating area front to back: 60cm approx. Width at front of velour seat: 55cm approx. Height to top of backrest: 79cm approx.
