FRENCH DRESSER DISPLAY CABINET Antique Bookshelf Display Country Kitchen Buffet

This French dresser display cabinet is a beautifully crafted piece of furniture that can be used in a variety of set-ups depending on your needs. The cabinet features an elegant French design, with turned hand-carved ornate pillars and legs and sculpted detail throughout. The top half (the cabinet does split into two sections) features a double glass door cabinet with four separate shelves for displaying or storing either books or crockery. Below are 3 x small drawers for further storage, and below that is another exposed shelf section, which sits on the tabletop of the bottom section.

Here we find 2 x large twin-handle drawers for yet more storage, and an exposed stand for housing larger items. Its naturally aged wood finish has been slightly affected by woodworm (particularly around the back - see photos) which would benefit from being treated. The lock to the glass cabinet unfortunately also no longer works, making this dresser/cabinet an ideal piece to restore for anyone looking to upcycle, preserve, or restore furniture pieces with character.
