Wonderful art deco French bar billiards table base without the game top. Its a refurb project and needs work but very unusual and rare. Possibly oak, nice elaborate deco carvings, score number metal plates still in place, brass name plate reads AZUR NICE. Looks to date to 1920s/30s. Stunning side feature carvings in a diamond shape with sunrays. Smaller sunray carvings all around base. The current planked top is the original underside I believe, it needs replacing or a new one on top. Some of the top planks have dry rot and woodworm although I think dormant or dead.

Will need treating and inspecting. It could be restored back to its original purpose or converted to a kitchen work table with a marble or granite top for example. Measures 71 inches or 180 cm long, 33 inches across and 31.5 tall. Please see my other items for sale, all items can be.
