Antique French marble top chest of drawers commode
A stunning continental cherry wood book matched veneer chest of drawers with ebonised escutcheons and knobs and Carrara marble top. Its extremely well built with the carcass made from oak, walnut and pine back boards with Rosewood inlay. Made in the late nineteenth century it does have a Biedermeier style to its simplicity so it will look great in a period or contemporary interior. Its only flaws is three knobs have been replaced in the past and are not exact matches and mild stains on the marble but nothing that detracts from its overall appearance.
