A fabulous Armoire / housekeepers Linen Cupboard offering plenty of storage space. Profusely carved mirrored wardrobe full of old charm. Fine craftsmanship and exquisite detail throughout typical of the Breton region, featuring profusely carved floral motifs. The full length mirrored door is flanked by imposing pillars and carved panelling.
Inside are four fully adjustable shelves, one with two drawers. Boasting a gorgeous old patina only obtained through years of service. Crafted In Solid Oak and Walnut.
Internal shelves in solid thick planks. One external and two internal drawers. Working locks with original keys (temperamental). A super example of French country furniture.Solid and sturdy with no loose joints. Delivered waxed, polished and ready for the home. Super condition throughout showing a gorgeous timeworn patina. On close inspection you will find light marks, scuffs, age splits, and indentations. Internal 139 x 38 cm.
