A Rare & Beautiful 130 Year Old Antique French Gilt Framed Open Salon Settee & Armchair Suite. Made in 19th Century France to a wonderful standard during the reign of King Phillipe I, The Citizen King. The wonderful gilt carved open frames are made to wonderful standard and far superior to usual later salon suites.
With ornate scrolling crests to the back and backrests, wonderfully carved armrest depicting acanthus leaves and Romanesque detailing and raised on exquisite carved legs. Upholstered in wonderful red damask tapestry.
Made to a lovely standard and proportions they'd stand proud in any room. We don't believe in the usual huge mark ups.
